Amazon.co.uk, the British offshoot of Amazon.com, supply a whole host of products these days, not just books. Their range of camping equipment is impressive and their tents are certainly very competitive. With more than 400 models to choose from you should certainly check their site for prices before you buy a tent.
Delivery starts at around £6 for one camping item.
Amazon Prime members may qualify for free delivery, or cheaper express rates, on certain items.
Some items qualify for Super Saver Delivery. This can take 3-5 days but may then make Amazon the cheapest overall option taking cost and postage into account.
One interesting and useful feature is the ability to track your order. This can be a huge advantage if you are awaiting an urgent item. It removes a certain amount of the stress especially if the item is critical to your plans.
Orders can be changed or cancelled, or combined with other orders to save on delivery costs, right up until the point where they enter the dispatch process.
